    Makes 2 generous quarts

    2 quarts cider vinegar
    6 tablespoons salt
    1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
    1-1/2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
    1/4-cup molasses or 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1-1/2 to 2 pounds boneless country style ribs

    Combine ingredients except pork in a glass bowl. Add pork ribs to sauce and marinate for at least 4 hours in refrigerator. Remove ribs and heat remaining barbecue sauce to a boil in a saucepan. Prepare medium-hot fire and grill ribs over indirect heat for 4-5 minutes per side, basting occasionally. Serve remaining sauce with ribs.
