Grilled Pork Tenderloin

2/3 cup lemon juice
2 ¼ tablespoons soy sauce
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 ½ - 2 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed
Pam vegetable spray
Recipe
Combine all ingredients except tenderloin in ziploc bag. Add tenderloin; cover evenly with mixture. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning several times.
Coat grill with vegetable spray. Grill should be medium to hot or between 375° and 400° for gas grills. Put tenderloin on food rack and cook with closed lid for 14 minutes on each side or meat thermometer reads 160°. Slice and serve.
