    3lb Pork Brisket (boston butt w/ bone)
    2 tbsp pepper
    2 tbsp salt
    3 tbsp Cajun Seasoning (Tony Chachere)
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    3 cups favorite bbq sauce

    Recipe



    Pat seasonings into the meat

    Place the meat either in a crock pot or tin pan, covered with tin foil

    Cook time depends on the pork's weight. 2 hours for every pound @ 250 degree.

    Drain oils.. Cover in favorite BBQ sauce
