1 C. low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 C. cold grape juice
1 1/2 C. blueberries, frozen
1 C. blackberries, frozen
Recipe
Combine yogurt, grape juice, blueberries, and blackberries in a blender.
Blend util smooth.
Strain thru a sieve if desired to remove seeds.
Pour into chilled glass and serve.
