    1 cup Coco Lopez blended with 1 cup hot water
    2 cups amber rum (Capt. Morgan's is best)
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup light cream
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    2/3 cup creme de cacao
    chunks of fresh coconut and grated nutmeg for garnish

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together well and chill.
    Put in blender and add about 1 cup of chopped ice
    Makes 12 6-oz. servings
