    12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    6 egg yolks, beaten
    6 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1/2 cup strong coffee
    3 to 4 Tblsp. rum

    Recipe



    Heat coffee to boiling, add chocolate chips.
    When completely melted, remove from fire & gradually stir in well beaten egg yolks.
    Add rum. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into dessert cups or champagne glasses & refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
    May top with whipped cream & chopped nuts if you really want it sinful.
    Serves 8 to 10
