    2 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups instant coffee crystals
    1 cup powdered nondairy creamer
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    For one serving:
    1 cup hot water
    2-3 T. coffee mix

    Recipe



    In med. mixing bowl, combine all coffee ingredients
    Store in an airtight container up to 6 months
    For 1 serving, place hot water in large mug
    Microwave 1-2 min. or until very hot
    Stir in coffee mix
    Yield: 40 servings
