    2 quarts cranberry juice
    1 quart vanilla ice cream
    1 pkg (10-oz) frozen sliced strawberries thawed and pureed
    1 1/4 c sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 c cool whip
    1 quart ginger ale

    Recipe



    In a large container, combine the first 5 ingredients. Stir until smooth and the sugar is dissolved.

    Fold in the whip cream. Slowly add the ginger ale. Stir gently to mix.

    Pour into glasses. Garnish with strawberries if desired.
