5 lbs. white sugar
1 ounce tartaric acid (available at most drug stores)
1 ounce citric acid (available at most drug stores)
3 pints water
6 lemons
6 oranges


Recipe



Squeeze the lemons and oranges then use a zester to remove the rind from three of each.

Mix the water and sugar together in a large pan and bring to a boil.

Add the zested rinds.

Let boil 5 minutes.

Strain the sugar syrup and then the add acids and juices.

Pour into bottles and store in fridge.

Use enough of concentrate,water and ice in amounts to suit your taste to make your lemonade.
