    Makes: 4 servings

    1 can (12 oz) pineapple juice, chilled,
    1 can (8 3/4 oz) apricot halves, undrained
    6 to 8 ice cubes

    Blend the pineapple juice and apricots in a blender container, until the apricots are pureed. Add the ice cubes 1 at a time until you reach a slushy consistency.
