1 small box Jell-O, any flavor or color
1 C. boiling water
2 C. sugar
1 C. lemon juice
4 C. water
1, 1-oz. bottle almond flavoring
1, 64-oz. can pineapple juice
1, 2-liter bottle 7-Up
Recipe
In a 5-qt. ice cream bucket, dissolve Jell-O and 1 C. boiling water. Add sugar, lemon juice, 4 C. water and almond flavoring. Stir together and freeze until solid.
Remove from freezer 2-3 hours before serving. Put into punch bowl and chop a bit with knife. Pour in enough 7-Up to fill punch bowl. Keep adding 7-Up a little at a time after some punch has been served.
