1 package (300 grams) frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
1/2 cup orange juice
1 bottle (750 ml) L'Ambiance red wine
3 cups Apollinaris naturally sparkling mineral water, chilled


Recipe



In large pitcher, combine strawberries and orange juice. Stir in wine. Chill for at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to blend.

At serving time, add mineral water. Add ice and orange slices, if desired. Serve immediately. Serves 12.
