    1/4 cup Water
    8 Dates -- pitted
    2 cups Nonfat Yogurt -- plain
    1/4 cup orange juice, frozen concentrate
    2 tablespoons Honey
    1 teaspoon Vanilla
    1 medium Banana -- in chunks

    Ahead of Time: Combine water and dates in a micro-safe measuring cup. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    In the Morning: Process yogurt, juice concentrate, honey, vanilla, bananas and date mixture in a blender until blended, 30 to 60 seconds. Serve immediately.
