    4 oz Champagne
    1 oz Gin
    0.25 oz Lemon juice
    2 tsp Sugar

    Directions:
    Fill a tall glass almost full of ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into tall glass. Stir well, garnish with an orange slice and a Cherry, and serve.
