2 tablespoons butter
Pinch salt
1/4 cup flax meal
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
In small microwaveable bowl or Grab-it dish, microwave butter to melt. Stir in salt and flax meal. Beat in egg with fork until well-blended. Beat in baking powder. Scrape down sides of bowl with rubber spatula. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute, or until puffed and set in the center. Let stand 1 minute; remove from bowl and let cool on rack. Slice and use as a hamburger bun.
