    2 c flour
    1 1/4 c sugar
    1 1/2 t baking powder
    1/2 t soda
    1 t salt
    1 ea egg
    2 T cooking oil
    3/4 c apricot nectar
    2 c apricots, chopped
    1/2 c pecans, chopped

    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add egg,
    oil, and apricot nectar and blend well. Add apricots and pecans.

    Put into greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.

    Cool and slice.
