1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup dark brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup mashed bananas ( about 3)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup Butterscotch Morsels


Recipe



Cream butter and sugar. Gradually add eggs, then bananas and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients that have been sifted together. Add morsels. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350° F for about an hour or until loaf tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes and then turn out to cool completely!!!
