Banana Coconut Loaf

2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 1/2 cups white flour
1/2 cup medium coconut
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup flaked almonds
Recipe
Break eggs in mixing bowl and beat until light. Add sugar and melted margarine. Beat well. Beat in mashed bananas and almond flavoring.
In another bowl, measure in remaining ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Pour over batter. Stir to combine. Spoon into greased loaf pan 9x5x3 inches. Bake for 1 hour in 350 degree F. oven until done. Let stand for 10 minutes. Remmove from pan. Cool and enjoy!
