    2 teaspoons active dry yeast
    2 1/2 cups bread flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tablespoon instant coffee (mix coffee in with water)
    1 teaspoon cinnmon
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
    1 tablespoon oil/butter
    1/4 cup honey
    1 1/4 cups warm water


    Make as you would a white loaf.
