    3 cup flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 cups sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 cup oil
    5 ounce canned fruit mix covered in bourbon for 1 hour
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 1/2 teaspoons orange flavoring

    Glaze:
    1 stick butter
    1 cup powder sugar
    1/4 cup apple juice
    1/2 bourbon

    Combine first 10 ingredients in the order given and mix well. Bake in 2 greased and floured pans at 350F for approximately 60 minutes; test for doneness with toothpick. Mix glaze ingredients; bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour glaze over bread immediately after pulled from oven.
