    List of Ingredients

    Wet Ingredients:
    1 cup softened Butter
1 1/3 cup brown Hawaiian sugar
    3 eggs, room temperature
    2 tsp. Kona Vanilla Extract
    ¼ tsp. Almond Extract

    Dry Ingredients
    2 cups unbleached white flour
    2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. Salt
    ½ tsp. Baking Soda
    3 tsp. Baking Powder
    ¼ tsp. Nutmeg
    2 tsp. Cinnamon

1 ½ cups ripe mashed Kona Bananas (apple bananas ARE the best!) in separate bowl, soaked in 2/3 cup 100% Kona coffee
¾ cup Kona Macadamia nuts, chopped
    ¾ cup raisins
Several tablespoons sesame seeds and butter for greasing pans

    Instructions:
Butter two loaf pans generously and sprinkle with sesame seeds (they will stick!) Beat in largest bowl Wet ingrdients, starting with butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and then remaining Wet ingredients. Beat until light in color.

Sift together all Dry Ingredients in separate bowl. Add Dry ingredients and Banana mixture alternately to Wet ingredients, starting and ending with Dry. (Dry, banana, dry, banana, dry). Mix each addition gently to combine, do not overbeat.

Add nuts and raisins last. Divide batter and bake at 350 Degrees for one hour. Toothpick will come out clean when done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes and then remove and cool on rack to finish.
