    1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon mustard
    4 English muffins, split, toasted
    8 thin tomato slices
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
    8 (1-ounce) slices Deli Reduced Fat Yellow American or Cheddar Cheese, cut in half diagonally

    Heat broiler. Combine mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl. Place muffin halves onto ungreased baking sheet; spread each with 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise mixture. Place 1 slice tomato on each muffin half; sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.

    Overlap 2 triangles cheese on each muffin. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat until cheese is melted (1 to 2 minutes).
