1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup corn meal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1-2 Tablespoon oil
1 cup water
1 Tablespoon ground flax seed
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Mix together and pour into paper muffin cups in a muffin pan. Bake at 350º F for 15-20 minutes.
