Rocking Chair Cinnamon Rolls

Bread
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
4 tablespoons butter, melted
4 tablespoons water
1 (3.4 ounce) package french vanilla instant pudding mix
4 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons Bread Machine Yeast
Filling
5 tablespoons butter, softened for spreading
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Caramel Sauce
2/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup vanilla ice cream
Recipe
Add the bread ingredients as recommended by the manufacturer.
Select the dough cycle.
Caramel Sauce
Place ingredients in a two-quart saucepan and bring to boil over a medium heat.
Boil for two minutes.
Spray 9" x 13" pan wih vegetable oil.
Pour half of the sauce into the pan.
Set the other half aside for pouring over the bread after baking.
When the dough cycle is finished, remove the dough and knead for 5 minutes.
Roll the bread out into a 25” X 12” rectangle.
Filling:
Spread the dough with the softened butter.
Sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up, starting with the wide end.
Wet and pinch to seal ends.
Cut into 1-inch slices, and place into prepared pan.
Allow to rise until doubled in size.
Bake at 350o for 20 to 25 minutes, until pale golden brown.
Remove from oven and pour remaining sauce over the top.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans.
