    1/2 lb. Jimmy Dean Sage or Hot Sausage
    1/3 cup chopped green onions
    1 cup Bisquick
    1/2 t dry mustard
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
    Pam

    Cook sausage and onion together and let cool. Mix Bisquick and mustard together. Add milk and stir until just moist. Add sausage, onion and cheese. Stir mixture - the mixture will be thick. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake until golden brown. Don't over cook. Remove from tins immediately and serve warm. Serve peach or apricot jam with the muffins.
