List of Ingredients




2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups canned pumpkin
3 cups flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 packages instant coconut pudding mix
1 cup chopped nuts, any kind

Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together first four ingredients. Stir in flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Blend in pudding mix and stir in nuts. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
