Wild Raspberry Muffins

1-1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh or frozen wild raspberries
Topping:
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix until just moist. Fold in berries. Place batter in 2 prepared muffin pans. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon on each muffin. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Makes 24 muffins.
