Chunky Hash with Eggs

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated diced potatoes with onions
1/2 pound cooked corned beef -- diced
1 small green bell pepper -- chopped (1/2 cup)
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese -- (2 ounces
Recipe
Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cover and cook potatoes in oil 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light brown; reduce heat to medium-low.
Stir in corned beef and bell pepper. Cover and cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Make 4 wells in potato mixture with back of spoon. Break 1 egg into each well; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until eggs are firm.
Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until melted.
