    Combine the following ingredients in a bowl:

    1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 cup milk
    1/4 cup oil
    2 eggs 1 (7 oz.) can niblet corn, drained

    Mix until moistened but do not over beat. Makes four large waffles.
