2 Tablespoons butter
1 piece of bread
1 egg
salt to taste


Recipe



Melt 2 Tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat. Use a glass or cookie cutter to cut a hole in the middle of the bread.

Toast bread for a minute or so in the skillet. Crack egg into the hole in the bread. After a minute or two, flip over the bread/egg and fry the other side of the egg.
