    1 lb Bulk Sausage (breakfast style)
    Slices of Bread cut in ½" cubes (enough to cover the bottom of 12” x 8” casserole)
    1 c (4 oz) Sharp Cheddar, shredded
    6 Eggs
    2 c Milk
    ½ tsp Salt
    ½ tsp Dry Mustard
    Chopped Roasted Peppers to taste

    Recipe



    Crumble sausage in medium skillet and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until well browned. Drain well.

    Spread bread cubes in a well buttered 12x8x2 baking dish and top with sausage and cheese.

    Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings, beat well and pour into baking dish. Top with chopped roasted peppers, cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes until set.

    Yield 6 to 8 servings.
