    1 cup grits, uncooked
    4 cups water
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 cup EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
    1 can ( 4 oz.) green chilies, diced and drained
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    1. Cook grits as directed on package in salted water.

    2. When cooked, add OLIVE OIL, garlic, cheese, chilies and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.

    3. Place in a 350 degree F, preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. This also makes an excellent brunch type dish.

    Makes 8 to 10 servings
