List of Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 ounces sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Chilled Champagne
Twist of lemon peel



Recipe

Put 3 or 4 cubes of ice in a Highball glass and sprinkle with sugar. Pour in the vermouth, add the bitters, and stir well. Top up with Champagne and garnish with lemon twist.
