    2 ounces vodka
    1-1/2 ounces blue curacao
    1/2 ounce lemon juice
    Chilled soda water
    Blue cocktail cherry

    Pour vodka and blue curacao over ice on a large goblet. Add lemon juice and top up with soda water. Stir. Garnish with blue cherry.
