    Recipe Introduction

This will take you two weeks advance time as the blueberry vodka needs at least two weeks to properly infuse, but, its worth the wait.

    List of Ingredients

    1 liter vodka
    1 Pint Blueberries
1 Cup Raspberry Liqueur (like Chambord)
    1 Lime, juiced
    Lime Zest Twists for garnish

    To make the Blueberry Vodka:
Purchase a liter of vodka – Absolut, Stoli, your favorite – does not have to be the most expensive, but should be a vodka you would normally drink.

Pour out approximately 1/3 of the bottle into a glass measuring cup and set aside. Rinse, drain, and pat dry the fresh blueberries.

Score each blueberry with a small “x” and place into the bottle of vodka. Using the vodka in the glass measuring cup previously set aside, fill the vodka bottle until just below the neck. Now add just enough raspberry liqueur to top off the bottle of blueberry vodka. Let sit in a cool dark place for 2 weeks.

    To make a Blueberry Martini:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 parts blueberry vodka, 1 part raspberry liqueur, and a dash of fresh lime juice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lime zest and a few fresh blueberries.
