    1 teaspoon sugar syrup
    1/2 jigger chilled brandy
    chilled dry champagne
    2 dashes yellow Chartreuse
    2 dashes orange bitters

    Recipe



    Pour sugar syrup and brandy into a large champagne glass, then fill glass almost to top with champagne. Add Chartreuse and orange bitters.
