1 cup lowfat chocolate milk
1 ripe medium banana
1 cup chocolate lowfat frozen yogurt
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
White or multicolored sprinkles (optional)
Recipe
Peel banana; break into chunks and place in blender container.
Add milk, yogurt and chocolate syrup. Cover; blend until smooth.
Pour into frosted glasses. Top with sprinkles, if desired.
Variation:
Moms can substitute coffee frozen yogurt for the chocolate frozen yogurt to jumpstart their calcium intake for the day.
