    1½ Cup Vanilla Flavored Soy Milk
    1 Cup Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
    1 Scoop Vanilla Flavored Soy Powder (25 grams of protein!)
    Chocolate syrup.

    Recipe



    Put vanilla soy milk, yougurt, banana and a good squirt of Chocolate syrup into blender
    Turn blender on high.
    Sift (to keep it from lumping up) the soy powder into blender.
    Pour into tall glass and enjoy!
