    3 cups water
    1/4 cup presweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tbsp instant coffee crystals
    Vanilla ice cream
    Chocolate ice cream
    Whipped cream

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan, bring water to boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in cocoa powder, sugar, and coffee crystals. Stir till dissolved. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. For each serving, place about 1/3 cup chilled mocha mixture into an 8 to 10 oz drinking glass. Add a scoop each of vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Stir till partially melted. Top each with whipped cream. Makes about 10 servings.
