    Juice of 12 medium to large tangerines
    1 750ml bottle champagne, chilled

    Recipe



    For each serving, pour 1/4 cup tangerine juice into tall 6-ounce champagne glass. Slowly pour in 1/4 cup champagne. If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
