    Servings: Yield: 100 Portions (8 Gallons with ice)
    Portions: 10 Ounce Servings

    2 1/4 qt (4 lb) sugar, granulated
    1 1/2 water, hot
    2 cups (1/2-32 oz cn) juice, lemon, frozen, concentrated
    3 qt (3-32 oz cn) juice, grape, frozen, concentrated
    4 1/2 gal water, cold
    3 gal (12 lb) ice, crushed or cubed


    Recipe



    1. Dissolve sugar in the 1 1/2 gal hot water. Cool.
    2. Add juices and the 4 1/2 gal cold water to sugar solution. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate.
    3. Add ice just before serving.
