    Servings: YIELD: 100 Portions (4 Gallons)
    Portions: 5 Ounces Each

    2 qt (2-32 oz cn) canned, concentrated, frozen grapefruit juice or
    2 gal (5 2/3-No. 3 cyl cn) juice, pineapple, canned
    1 1/2 gal. water, cold
    6 lb. ice, crushed


    Recipe



    Combine ingredients: stir. Cover and refrigerate. Add ice just before serving.

    NOTE: 1. 5 2/3-NO. 3 cyl cn canned grapefruit juice (omit water) may be used in place canned, concentrated, frozen grapefruit juice.
    2. 2-15 1/2 oz cn canned, instant grapefruit juice and 7 1/2 qt water may be used in place canned, concentrated, frozen grapefruit juice.
    3. If desired, equal parts of chilled, reconstituted orange juice and chilled pineapple juice may be combined, as needed, just before serving.
