    4 � cups

    4 (1-ounce) envelopes hot chocolate mix
    4 cups boiling water
    � cup peppermint schnapps
    Sweetened whipped cream (optional)

    Empty all envelopes of hot chocolate mix into a large heatproof pitcher. Add 4 cups boiling water to pitcher, stirring until hot chocolate mix dissolves, stir in peppermint schnapps. Pour mixture into mugs; top each serving with whipped cream, if desired.
