2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tsp honey
Rum to taste (optional)


Place the pineapple juice and honey in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a simmer over moderate heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the honey. When the juice is piping hot, pour into mugs, Add rum, if desired.
