    1 pint fresh strawberries
    4 C. cold tea
    1/3 to 1/2 sugar
    1/4 C. fresh lemon juice

    Recipe



    Set aside 5 whole strawberries.
    Puree the rest in a blender; strain into a pitcher.
    Stir in tea, sugar and lemon juice till sugar dissolves.
    Chill.
    Serve over ice and garnish with berries.
    Makes 5 cups
