Brown sugar
Wedge of lemon
1/2 ounce dark rum
1 ounce Kahlua
Hot coffee
Heavy cream
Shredded chocolate
Begin by frosting the rim. Pour the brown sugar into a dish that is wide enough to accommodate an upturned large goblet. Squeeze, then wipe the lemon edge around the rim of the goblet. Dip upturned goblet into the dish of sugar. Pour in the rum and set fire to it before swirling it around. Pour in the Kahlua and fill goblet with hot coffee. Pour the cream over the back of a teaspoon onto the molten surface of the drink. Sprinkle shredded chocolate over the top.
