    2 cups seeded watermelon chunks
    2 cups melon chunks (your choice)
    6 Tbsp. low-fat sweetened condensed milk
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    3 cups crushed ice
    Garnish (optional) Melon chunks with rind.

    Recipe



    In blender, puree watermelon and other melon of choice. Add condensed milk and lime juice; top with ice. Blend until smooth.

    Pour into 4 (12-oz) glasses. Garnish each drink with melon chunks on wooden pick, if desired.


    Makes 4 servings
    Per serving: 142 calories, 3 g protein, 30 g carbohydrate, 2 g fat, 1 g fiber, 5 mg cholesterol, 38 mg sodium.

    I made this, but in place of the second choice of melon, I used fresh pineapple. Used as the garnish pineapple & peel of the pineapple and a small piece of watermelon with peel. Attractive as well as tasty on a hot day
