    2 � egg whites, lightly beaten
    6 � tablespoons cocoa
    1/2 - teaspoon cinnamon
    6 � teaspoon sugar
    1-1/2 - quarts milk

    Recipe



    In a small mix bowl, combine egg whites, cocoa, cinnamon, sugar, and � cup milk to from a thin paste.

    Scald 1 quart of milk. Slowly add the paste and beat with hand blender.
