    1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 cup milk
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    10 to 12 ice cubes

    Place all ingredients into container of electric blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.

    Serve immediately
