    Makes 2 cups

    2 peppermint tea bags
    1-1/2 cups boiling water
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

    Steep tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes. Cool. Mix with pineapple juice and chopped mint. Serve over ice.
